12th-place finish with World of Outlaws at River Cities

With a fourth-place finish in his heat race pinning him on the eighth row for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Blair gained four positions in the 40-lap affair to register a 12th-place finish.

Saturday’s scheduled World of Outlaws event at I-94 Sure Step Speedway (Fergus Falls, Minn.) fell victim to Mother Nature.
