Nothdurft goes wire-to-wire in Tri-State Series event at Rapid Speedway
Blair Nothdurft took aim at a pair of Iowa events over the weekend, competing with the Tri-State Series at Rapid Speedway (Rock Rapids, Iowa) on Friday evening and the Malvern Bank East & West Series on Saturday evening.
Charging from fourth-to-first in his heat race, Nothdurft started from the pole in the 25-lap, $1,500-to-win main event and led flag-to-flag for his 14th-career Tri-State victory.
With $10,076 on the line at Shelby County Speedway (Harlan, Iowa) on Saturday evening, Nothdurft started from the sixth-row and wound up just outside the Top-10 in 12th.
